COMPANY HEADSHOT PRICING
We offer company headshots at your office or a location of your choice. For new new hires and small teams, our studio is also available. Every headshot includes a high-resolution, professionally retouched image to ensure your team looks their best.
We arrive an hour before the shoot for set up, can bring along makeup artists for touch ups and will coach each person through posing and expressions for the best possible photo experience. The whole process takes about 10 minutes per person.

- One look/outfit per person (5-10 minutes)

Pricing is per person with progressive pricing, with discounts for larger teams. The first 4-10 people are $140 each, 11-29 are $129 each, and so on.
4-10 people – $140/person
Recommended that you set aside one hour for shooting time.
11-29 people – $120/person
Recommended that you set aside two hours for shooting time.
30-50 people – $90/person
Recommended that you set aside two and a half hours for shooting time.

Planning Your Shoot
It’s not enough to just be successful, these days you have to LOOK successful online. Your team may not be all that excited about having their photo taken, and we also know that most (if not all!) will say they are not photogenic. The truth is that it is up to the photographer to make your team feel comfortable, provide good direction and flattering lighting to make a great portrait.
We use the newest technology to create a seamless and lightning fast experience for you and your team. Proofs will be sent to each individual’s inbox within a day (instant if needed!) where selections can be made with with no coordinating from the event organizer. Online scheduling, online photo delivery and more will make sure that you aren’t managing photos, emails or questions from your team after the shoot. It couldn’t be easier.
Team headshots can take place at your office or at another location of your choosing. We come prepared with everything needed for an on site photo studio in a style that matches your company’s brand. For teams working remotely or in a smaller spaces our Raleigh Studio is available. After booking a “What to Wear” Guide will be sent for your team.
